glasstec 2024 will bring together over 1,250 exhibitors from 52 countries in Düsseldorf from 22 to 25 October and once again underline its position as the leading trade fair for the glass industry. The focus will be on the latest technologies, the circular economy and decarbonisation, accompanied by an extensive supporting programme.

In October, glasstec will once again bring together the entire value chain of glass production, processing and applications. There will be numerous international exhibitors, including leading companies from Germany, China, Italy, the USA and other countries, as well as experts and scientists.

A special highlight of the trade fair is the sold-out START-UP ZONE, where young companies present innovative solutions and pioneering technologies. The highly international nature of the trade fair reflects the importance of the glasstec especially in times of transformation in the glass industry towards more sustainability and technological advances.

Focus on knowledge exchange and innovation

The glasstec conference offers on three stages Symposia, specialist lectures and discussion forums on current and future challenges of the glass industry. The focus is on topics such as digital technologies, the circular economy and decarbonisation. Formats such as the glass trends sessions and the architecture forum promote dialogue between experts.

Another highlight is the glass technology live show, which presents innovative glass applications in collaboration with leading universities. This exhibition is of particular interest to trade visitors and architects, as it highlights future possibilities for glass construction.
