The main trade fair topic at this year's interpack for the Swiss company Hapa AG, based in Volketswilder, is the launch of the Industry 4.0-capable UV digital printing system Web 4.0, which prints in two colours on blister film. Based on the experts' many years of experience, this in-house printing solution combines design and functionality.

A digital print module „redcube“ is used as part of an Industry 4.0 production line from Coesia Print QR codes on cardboard „Coesia boxes“. The boxes produced by Emmeci are filled with tea bags from ACMA, hand cream tubes from Norden and PowerBanks personalised with a Hapa BlisterJet CMYK for registered visitors.

The company will also be presenting other printing systems in action: Hapa's bestseller, the UV flexo/UV digital hybrid, demonstrates two-colour printing on blister foils. At AGC, an integrated WebJet M prints on blister foils. At IMA, a „redcube plus“ integrated into a POD blister line will be shown in a late-stage customisation application.

The Hapa Ink division will also be represented. It produces pharma-compliant inks for hapa systems and applications as well as inks that are precisely matched to the specifications for films, plastics, aluminium or label materials.
