Flexible PURFilm laminates consist of two or more layers of film, which are combined depending on the desired product properties. In this way, the application weight is measured during operation at high machine speed. Any deviations from the desired result are displayed acoustically and visually to the machine operators on the system's touchscreen. The system is suitable for measuring the adhesive application weight of different film types. These include transparent, printed and metallised films as well as aluminium foils in various thicknesses.
