Romaco: New blister line with high speed

With a maximum output of up to 600 blisters and 400 cartons per minute, the Unity 600 is a high-performance machine for medium to large batches.

The Unity 600 blister line from Romaco Noack was designed as a monobloc with direct transfer and specially designed for cross-orientated blister formats. The extremely compact line impresses with its very small space requirement, particularly for in the clean room for primary packaging. The modular system concept consists of a Blister machine with roller sealing and a continuous motion cartoner. Depending on requirements, the Unity 600 can be combined with various cartoning machines, track & trace systems and end-of-line packaging solutions from Romaco.

The Premiumline from the Noack 950 product family can be configured with various product feed systems and can be used very flexibly overall. Reproducible parameters, easy format parts and simple settings speed up the execution of format and product changes. Excellent OEE values, low operating costs and a broad performance spectrum also characterise the Unity 600 from Romaco Noack. The user-friendly system also has a RFID-supported user recognition.

The planning for maintenance and calibration of the blister line is carried out by an integrated service display in the HMI which automatically reminds you of the next recommended inspection. With the Remote Assist service package Romaco also Real-time support regardless of the distance to the machine's place of use. Faults and error messages can therefore be rectified as quickly as possible: be it with Call 4 Service, the Smart Glasses or the Status app.

Display

On request, the Unity 600 is also available as a Climate-neutral machine available. For this purpose, the CO2-emissions caused by the production of the blister line including all components. The calculated emission values are offset by the promotion of a climate protection project.
