Theegarten-Pactec is expanding its portfolio with the new BHS high-performance machine. With a packaging capacity of up to 3,000 products per minute, it sets new standards in terms of efficiency, quality and hygienic design.
Theegarten-Pactec, a leading manufacturer of high-speed packaging machines, is launching the BHS, a new solution for packaging bouillon cubes. The machine achieves a capacity of up to 3,000 packaged products per minute and utilises the continuous working principle, which enables particularly gentle processing.

The BHS is designed for different product variants:
- Preformed cubesUp to 3,000 packages per minute
- Double cubeUp to 2,500 packs per minute
- Preformed tabletsUp to 2,500 products per minute, with optional BLM high-performance cartoner for a direct connection
The machine can be connected directly to existing Presses for stock cubes and, thanks to its high speed and low personnel requirements, enables the Significant cost optimisation.
Thanks to the optimised design, the BHS reduces the Energy consumption by 50 % compared to conventional packaging machines, according to the manufacturer.
Future outlook
Theegarten-Pactec is planning to further develop the BHS so that the double cube and tablet versions can also be used in the future. 3,000 products per minute can process. In addition, new applications, for example for Milk powder tabs and confectionery, can be developed.
