HSM GmbH & Co. KG, is presenting innovative, energy-saving new products at interpack 2017. The manufacturer of baling presses, PET solutions and document shredders will be focussing on three machines from the V-Press vertical baling press series.
The machines combine HSM's quality standards with high profitability. Their performance and durability make them economic disposal solutions.
The smallest of these, the HSM V-Press 60, is a mobile collection containers with a built-on manual baler for voluminous packaging materials such as plastic film, paper and plastic sacks as well as wrapping paper and light cardboard packaging. Thanks to the leverage effect, the machine produces well-compacted, stackable bales with a bale weight of up to 40 kg and thus reduces the volume of waste by at least 5:1.
V-Press series with rapid traverse technology
The HSM V-Press 825 is characterised by its very low transport height. The pressing process, which begins when the door is closed, runs automatically. The V-Press 860 is equipped with the special HSM V-Press Rapid traverse technology equipped. This significantly reduces power consumption and drive power. The cycle time is also reduced by up to 40 per cent compared to conventional drives. Thanks to a pressing force of 548 kN and the extremely stable pressing plate guide, used packaging material such as cardboard and film can be pressed effortlessly. The bales reach a weight of up to 480 kg and are held together by 4-fold wire strapping as standard. Polyester strapping is also available as an option.
