Hugo Beck will be exhibiting the latest film and paper packaging machines at LogiMAT: With three e-commerce machines, the company is demonstrating how it fulfils the industry-specific requirements for sustainable film and paper packaging.
A paper e-com fit packaging machine will be on display at the trade fair stand, which is specially tailored to applications in the e-commerce and mail order sector and with a minimum of paper for packaging the goods. The machine is suitable for the direct dispatch of single packs, bundle packaging or the complex requirements of returns packaging.
With the paper e-com fit, the Shipping bag size automatically adjusted to varying product dimensions during the packaging process. Different product sizes can therefore be packaged together. Both uncoated and coated, recyclable papers can be used to produce customised paper bags with two sewn sides and an overlap at the top.

A second machine on Hugo Beck's stand offers the ideal solution for applications where film is required or preferred. The servo X e-com fit packaging machine packs goods with minimal use of material by automatically adjusts the film bags sealed on four sides to the length and width of the product.
„After a particularly successful year for the Hugo Beck servo X e-com fit, we are delighted to be able to show our visitors how we are meeting the changing demand for sustainable film packaging. The servo X e-com machine series processes a wide range of recyclable materials. The spectrum ranges from PE flat films with a thickness of 30 to 100 μm to recycled films with, for example, 80 per cent or more PCR material.“

Hugo Beck will also be presenting a new flexo paper packaging solution for the first time this year at LogiMAT. As Hybrid version of the flexo machine series for paper and film the new machine for paper packaging and its range of functions will be demonstrated to the public for the first time. The new solution can be used across all sectors, from e-commerce to logistics and many other areas, and emphasises the company's development of innovative, flexible solutions.
