There are only 46 days to go until the beverage and liquid food industry comes together again at drinktec 2022 in Munich. The companies will be bringing solutions for topics such as sustainable production that are of concern to the industry.
Things are looking up: According to the German Engineering Federation (VDMA), the industry has been growing again since 2021. The fact that market leaders are still develop optimised solutions and as practical technologies for immediate use the drinktec is proof of this. Making innovative solutions tangible and demonstrating their benefits is the goal of all exhibitors.
Preparations are already in full swing, for example to develop solutions for the sustainable production to present. And one thing is certain: all beverage segments will benefit, as there is scope for sustainable solutions in the soft drinks industry.drink-industry, in the fruit juice industry, in the processing and bottling of mineral water and in the brewing process, as well as in the wine, sparkling wine and spirits industry. Besides global challenges such as the water management of product or process water topics relating to the circular economy will certainly also be discussed at the trade fair. However, top players from non-European countries such as China, the USA and Japan are also prioritising the development of sustainable innovations.
