From 23 to 25 September 2025, PackSynergy will be exhibiting at Fachpack in Nuremberg with a joint stand: Europe's largest network of medium-sized packaging wholesalers will be presenting pioneering solutions for sustainable, efficient and digital packaging processes together with partner companies.

The 240 square metre stand in Hall 4A, Stand 326, will focus on modern technologies, smart systems and practical applications along the entire value chain. Exhibitors include Adrians Papier, HORNA, HLS Business Systems, Papier Liebl, Wepa Verpackungen and group suppliers Sealed Air and Emba-Protec.

Automation and resource conservation in the packaging process

Sealed Air is presenting various AUTOBAG systems for process automation - including the PS 125 OneStep table-top system and the automated systems AB500 with Maximiser and AB550 with Detab DG 601. All systems work with recyclable or reusable bags and are designed to reduce resource consumption, according to the manufacturer.

With TrayTec and Buzz'n'Pack, Emba-Protec is showcasing two systems that maximise product protection while minimising material usage. According to the company, the solutions significantly increase efficiency and reduce storage and packaging costs.

Group solution for digital pallet wrapping

With „PayPerPallet“, PackSynergy presents a Group-wide solution for smart pallet packaging. The system combines IoT technology with motorised pre-stretching and enables usage-based billing without high investments thanks to cloud-based evaluation of film consumption.

Partner companies show practical solutions

The exhibitors will be demonstrating a wide range of applications: Adrians Papier offers customised packaging solutions, HLS presents the FENTEC SCALE CABINET, a digitally controlled material dispenser. HORNA will be showing ergonomic packing workstations with load detection via sensor technology. Papier Liebl presents PPE products for safe packaging environments. Together with Intercept Technology, the Wepa Group will be demonstrating innovative corrosion protection solutions for long-term storage.

Europe-wide cooperation with local strength

„PackSynergy is a powerful network of independent packaging retailers that cooperates strategically across national borders,“ says Thomas A. Baur, CEO of PackSynergy AG. The aim is to strengthen medium-sized partners through joint purchasing, knowledge transfer and market initiatives, thus creating a visible alternative to global suppliers.
