Schobertechnologies will be presenting a selection of modern solutions for the labelling and packaging industry at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. The focus will be on automated die-cutting and stacking technologies for in-mould labels as well as flexible systems for short print runs.
The RSM410 IML/MX with "Twin Spider" structure will take centre stage. This system enables the automatic high-speed punching and stacking of in-mould labels (IML). Two synchronised robot arms precisely place the die-cut products in stacking magazines - precisely aligned and immediately ready for banding. By processing products with the same print image but different formats, material and machine time can be saved.
Flexible solutions for short runs
For applications with frequent format changes, such as digital printing, Schobertechnologies will be showcasing the hybrid rotary die-cutting system "Varicut". It allows format-independent processing and is particularly suitable for short runs and changing jobs.
Modules for special applications
In addition, die-cutting modules for special products such as parking tickets, tea bag tags or linear hole perforations will be on display. Schobertechnologies also offers a broad portfolio of cutting knives, blades and die-cutting cylinders for demanding materials and applications in labelling and packaging processing.
Integration into existing systems
All components on display can be integrated into existing machines as well as incorporated into new OEM developments. Schobertechnologies invites interested visitors to bring their own drawings or samples to discuss individual requirements directly with the experts at the stand.
