Sweet Week will take place in Cologne from 2 to 5 February 2025, covering the entire value chain of the confectionery and snack industry with the two leading trade fairs ProSweets Cologne and ISM. The event offers a variety of new formats that specifically address current industry challenges and create space for innovation, dialogue and networking.

The ProSweets Cologne 2025 presents itself as Innovation and networking platform of the confectionery and snack industry. With new event formats such as the Sweet Week Production Summit and interactive stage programmes, the trade fair provides impetus on topics such as sustainability, digitalisation and artificial intelligence.

Hall 10.1 will take centre stage at Sweet Week, bringing together various themed areas and innovative formats such as Lab5 by ISM. This special area offers a stage for new products, start-ups and interactive events such as „Live Sweets Creation“.

The new event formats at ProSweets Cologne aim to address pressing industry topics such as Sustainability, digitalisation and a shortage of skilled workers to take up. The Expert Stage and the Sweet Week - Talks & Tasting Stage offer specialist presentations, live demonstrations and discussions organised by industry experts.

A special highlight is the Sweet Week Production Summit, which presents innovative approaches and best practice examples for production. The programme will be complemented by pitch sessions and networking events, which will give the Exchange between industry and suppliers are to be promoted. Other programme items such as the Guided Tours by DLG e.V. and Sweets Global Network, the special area „Ingredients - Functional and Climate-Conscious“ and the first DLG Careers Day for young professionals round off the offer.
