At BrauBeviale 2024, the KHS Group will be presenting its latest technologies for optimising filling processes and sustainable packaging solutions. The focus will be on innovative filling technologies, inspection systems and digital services that help manufacturers to make their processes more efficient and environmentally friendly.

KHS is demonstrating its expertise with, among other things, the compact Innofill Can C can filler, which has a capacity of up to 60,000 cans per hour. In combination with the Innocheck inspection technology, a Reliable and efficient filling guaranteed.
InnoPET Plasmax: Sustainability meets product protection
One of the innovations is the InnoPET Plasmax technology. This process coats the inside of PET bottles with a thin layer of glass, which improves product protection and at the same time provides a 100 per cent recyclability of the bottles is possible. The machine can be used both as a stand-alone system and in block solutions, offering flexibility for a wide range of production requirements.
KHS offers comprehensive digital solutions, including the ConnectApp Guide and the MES solutions Innoline Basic Line Monitoring and Innoline Flex Control. These tools enable Paperless maintenance and ensure greater efficiency in production by making the entire filling process more transparent and easier to plan.
