At interpack in Düsseldorf, Markem-Imaje, a provider of end-to-end solutions, is presenting solutions from its product portfolio that particularly fulfil the desire for traceability and transparency. These include intelligent codes and packaging and networked products.
Manufacturers are currently confronted with a challenging environment characterised by constantly rising raw material and energy prices, increased legal requirements for traceability and consumer demand for greater transparency and visibility of product information is characterised by sustainability. In addition, sustainability indicators, new packaging materials and the circular economy are bringing interesting new elements to the agenda of manufacturers and retailers.
„It's a pleasure to be back 6 years after the last interpack! Despite the global challenges we are experiencing, the demands of the industry and market have not stopped evolving and we are excited to showcase at interpack our best solutions to increase production efficiency, connect and protect products, reduce waste and achieve sustainability KPIs. Our new solutions meet and exceed the needs of both the packaging sector and society.“

„Markem-Imaje has invested heavily in innovation in recent years, offering a balanced mix of printing technology and software solutions, but also connected services such as our IoT-powered MiVista™ range of self-support and helpdesk printer services. Our new offering opens up entirely new opportunities for manufacturers to monitor compliance, protect their brands and safeguard consumers while engaging with them through promotions and understanding user behaviour.
