ProSweets draws a positive balance after three successful trade fair days. Together with ISM, the 2023 trade fair was postponed to April. The international audience in particular showed great interest in the topics of new technologies, sensor technology and energy efficiency.

The ProSweets Cologne was postponed once from January to April alongside ISM 2023 and also demonstrated its expertise and effectiveness in the special edition format.

„Only in Cologne do producers of confectionery and snacks and the supply industry come together so precisely along the entire value chain. The parallelism with ISM alone means that a very large number of interested parties will be on site anyway. Added to this are those manufacturers who do not want to miss ProSweets Cologne, even in its special format. This is because it offers an all-round view of the solutions for the industry's most important requirements and the key trends; and of course direct contact with the solution providers. The anticipation of a regular ProSweets Cologne in January 2024 and in its own hall was also clearly noticeable at the trade fair.“

This was also reflected in the lecture programme on the Expert Stage, as well as the guided tours, two-thirds of which were conducted by DLG experts.
