Interseroh is now available to online retailers via the „Quickstart Online“ knowledge portal as a specialist expert for the Packaging Act and provides free training videos on packaging licensing.
In illustrative case studies, the environmental service provider explains on quickstart-online.de, how companies that increasingly ship products in future and are therefore also subject to the requirements of the Packaging Act with their shipping packaging, legally compliant.
Since autumn last year, retailers who want to get started digitally have been able to Quickstart Online Training programmes and information on getting started in e-commerce. The aim of the initiative by Germany's largest retail association HDE, the „Retailers Help Retailers“ network and Amazon is to, small and medium-sized enterprises with digitisation free of charge and thus help them to become more future-proof.

Packaging licensing in just a few steps
The training videos from Interseroh take concrete reference to the respective commitment scenario From the perspective of a manufacturer, reseller and importer: Who is responsible for licensing the packaging put into circulation and therefore for its recycling in accordance with the Packaging Act? And what does it look like in a Europe-wide context? After completing the training courses, users have a good overview of the measures required to fulfil the legal requirements and can implement them in just a few steps.
To support small and medium-sized companies that place packaging requiring a licence on the market and have therefore been affected by the Packaging Act since 2019, Interseroh launched the online shop Licence zero was launched. It enables a Fast, intuitive and completely digital processing of packaging licences and supports its users with a comprehensive range of support services.
