Ishida is bringing high-performance technologies to Nuremberg that have been developed for various weighing, packaging and quality control applications in the food and non-food industries.
A good entry-level model is the CCW-SE3 multihead weigher for dry, free-flowing products. With 14 heads, this machine achieves an output of up to 100 weighings per minute with an accuracy of 0.1 grams.

The 16-head model from the high-end CCW-RV waterproof multihead weigher range, which operates on site, can handle up to 120 weighings per minute and is ideal for feeding two flow-wrapping machines thanks to its double discharge.
Packaging solution for snacks
Ishida iTPS (Integrated Total Packaging System) is a complete packaging solution consisting of an Inspira flow-wrapping machine and a CCW-RV multihead weigher. Users can achieve speeds of up to 150 bags per minute for potato crisps and up to 200 bags per minute for extruded snacks. A wide variety of packaging formats such as tubular, gusseted, stand-up or chain bags can be processed.
Reliable quality control
The X-ray inspection systems of the IX-GN series from Ishida check a variety of food products. Fully automatic leak detection for MAP trays and bags is made possible by the AirScan inline system. It detects holes from 0.2 millimetres in diameter at high speeds of up to 180 packs per minute and can be easily retrofitted to existing lines.
