The world market leader Ishida presents the CCW-RVE series of multihead weighers, a new series of multihead weighers for applications in the medium capacity range. The scales combine the proven mechanical design of the predecessor CCW-RS series with the electronics of the high-performance CCW-RV series.
The multihead weigher series CCW-RVE is a packaging solution for free-flowing and slightly adhesive food products in small and large target weights. With over 70 models, the new series fulfils a wide range of requirements. Scales are available with 10 to 20 heads, tray sizes from 3 to 7 litres and many product-specific adaptations. When processing mono-products, an output of up to 180 weighings per minute can be achieved with maximum accuracy. Also possible are Mix applications with up to four components.
Ready for the smart factory
The new CCW-RVE multihead weighers are factory-prepared for use in the Smart Factory. They can be connected directly to the Ishida service via the Sentinel online software. There, the production data is recorded and analysed in real time. Daily reports provide information on trend values, batch details and statistics. Malfunctions or drops in performance are recognised at an early stage and rapid remote assistance is available.
The waterproof models in the CCW-RVE series of multihead weighers can be optionally equipped with sensors. Linked to the online software Sentinel the sensors report penetrating moisture or extreme temperatures before damage occurs.
