On 1 January 2026, Innoform Coaching eGbR transferred its business to the newly founded Innoform Coaching GmbH. The new legal form is the company's response to growth and increasing demands in the field of further training in flexible packaging.

At the turn of the year, Innoform Coaching eGbR handed over all of its business activities to the newly founded Innoform Coaching GmbH. The move marks a structural reorganisation of the Hasbergen-based company, which has been active in the training landscape for flexible packaging for more than 20 years.

Dual leadership in the management

The managing directors of Innoform Coaching GmbH are Karsten Schröder and Julian Thielen. According to the company, Schröder continues to stand for continuity, market expertise and strategic orientation. Thielen complements the management team, particularly in the areas of the circular economy and fibre-based materials for flexible packaging. He previously worked at Karlville and Bischof + Klein, among others, and most recently as Head of „Made for Recycling“ at Interzero.

Continuity in day-to-day business

According to the company, nothing will change for customers in the operational business. Programmes, formats and contact persons will remain the same. At the same time, according to Innoform Coaching, the GmbH structure opens up new opportunities to develop formats and content more quickly and implement new ideas.

Focus on future topics in the Flexpack industry

With the expansion of the management team, Innoform Coaching is setting new priorities in terms of content. In future, the circular economy and fibre-based packaging solutions will be given greater consideration in conferences, online formats and new learning and dialogue concepts. The company is thus responding to growing demands for qualification, regulation and knowledge transfer within the flexpack industry.
