New assembly hall for packaging systems inaugurated

Kautex Maschinenbau inaugurated a new assembly hall for packaging systems at the company's headquarters in Bonn in November 2017. New office workstations were also created.

Kautex Maschinenbau inaugurated a new assembly hall for packaging systems at the company's headquarters in Bonn in November 2017. New office workstations were also created.

In the new 5,000 square metre Assembly hall Kautex Maschinenbau will soon Packaging machines of the KBB series and KSB machines for Suction blow moulding applications for the automotive industry. In addition, 80 new office workplaces have been created as part of the plant expansion.

The company needed more space because in recent years the business with Packaging systems Olaf Weiland, Chairman of the Management Board, at the inauguration of the new company building. The demand for the energy-efficient and high-performance Extrusion blow moulding machines for the packaging sector continues to grow. „The expansion of the plant will enable us to further increase machine production, which will be reflected for our customers in the form of shorter delivery times in particular,“ summarised Dr Weiland.
