At the beginning of February 2025, the Hamburg-based HR and management consultancy Knox strengthened its team by recruiting Christian Siewers as a new Senior Partner for HR.
The focus of the consulting company is on in the printing and packaging industry. The Knox team advises companies in Germany, Europe and beyond on strategic challenges. Christian Siewers has already gained extensive experience in this sector over the past 25 years.
After 15 years in various positions in the IT and commercial sectors at a system supplier for digital and flexographic printing, Siewers moved to the Versmold-based speciality printing company Kolbe-Coloco at the end of 2013, where he took over the commercial management and also oversaw the integration of the company into the H.O. Christian Siewers joined Knox on 1 February and will also be moving the centre of his personal life to the Hanseatic city to work from there. Customers throughout Germany and Europe with their personnel issues.
