Koch Pac-Systeme has been focussing on the topics of reducing, reusing and replacing for years. The portfolio of sustainable packaging solutions from the Special machinery manufacturer from Pfalzgrafenweiler is growing. In autumn, the company will present another innovative packaging variant made of mouldable paper.

The complete packaging design and technology solutions focus on a reduced product-to-packaging ratio and optimum utilisation of the machine format - with innovative processes and techniques to save material and make the packaging process even more productive.

Latest development: CycleForm

The packaging CycleForm made from mouldable paper protects sensitive products from dust, is pleasant to the touch and can be printed or embossed for a high-quality presentation. Just like the classic folding carton, the CyclePac cardboard single-material packaging and CycleBox, a combination of CyclePac and folding carton.

Display

All forms of packaging can be processed just as productively as conventional blister packs. Individually or, as can be seen on site on the KBS-PL blister machine, even alternating between three sustainable packs. Other trade fair topics: the benefits of an individualised Koch PackagingLine for primary and secondary packaging and the K 4.0 Smartpacks - digital service packages for reduced downtimes and permanently lower maintenance costs.
