The robot systems company Koch will be showcasing its latest solutions in the field of end-of-line automation at Fachpack. This time, the revised Koch PalletSystemMove palletising solution will take centre stage at the trade fair.

The latest version of the Koch PalletSystemMove combines space-saving design with high flexibility. Two palletising stations are implemented on just 9.5 m², mobile in use and easy to integrate into existing lines. Different gripper options and automatic layer pad handling offer additional customisation options.

Depalletising with deep learning

The integrated robot guidance system Palloc, developed with Sick, uses a 3D camera and intelligent algorithms to recognise cartons of all shapes and sizes. The solution ensures more speed, autonomy and less set-up time - a plus in productivity.

Digital transparency through cooking connectivity

The Kochnectivity software records and visualises operating data in real time. Users benefit from more efficient processes, predictive maintenance and optimised use of resources.
