The Kolb Group is investing around five million euros in the construction of a new training and further education centre at its headquarters in Memmingen. Completion is planned for the end of 2025.
With the official ground-breaking ceremony on 13 March 2025, the Kolb Group has initiated the construction of its new training and further education centre at its headquarters in Memmingen. The building will be directly connected to the existing company headquarters and will cover an area of over 600 square metres with modern office, workshop and meeting rooms.

The new centre will not only improve the internal Education and training but are also home to various central corporate divisions. These include
- Human Resources
- Controlling
- Quality management
- Production planning and control
Completion of the new centre is planned for the end of 2025. With this investment, the Kolb Group is positioning itself for the future and emphasising its competitiveness in the packaging industry.
