Label Trail shows trendsetting label production

Eight technology companies - Avery Dennison, Cerm, CarbonQuota, Esko, Grafisk Maskinfabrik, Kurz, Scribos and Xeikon - are offering the Label Trail during Labelexpo Europe 2025. The guided tour illustrates all the steps involved in label production.

Trade fair visitors have the opportunity, the fictitious „Dancing Fish“ brand“ which is expanding into the dietary supplement market and requires new labelling for its products to meet new market demands while measuring and reducing its carbon footprint. To ensure product authenticity and consumer safety, brand protection features need to be integrated into the labelling of the new range of dietary supplements.

The Label Trail covers all phases of the labelling process - from order specification, order processing, pre-press and automated CO2 balancing through to digital printing, finishing and final processing.

The tour illustrates all stages of production - from the order system to prepress and automated CO₂ calculation through to digital printing, finishing and further processing. A particular focus is on materials with a low environmental impact, intelligent packaging technology and protection against product counterfeiting.

Display

Each tour lasts around 60 minutes and is limited to 20 participants. As there are 14 time slots available during the four-day event, early registration is recommended. Registration recommended to secure a preferred date.
