Using four machines as examples, Procme will be demonstrating its efficient industry solutions, which meet the various requirements of the packaging industry and help companies to optimise their production processes.
The Modular SL 960-10-SM-5B rotary labeller was designed for the products of a German customer in the honey industry. It impresses with its modular design, which enables quick and cost-effective expansions. With an output of 8,000 containers per hour, it is suitable for container types such as round jars, PET moulded bottles and moulded glass bottles with handles. Two self-adhesive labelling stations allow non-stop operation. Future extensions with two additional stations have already been prepared.
The PackLab model Wing REP FFBB 60 Nonstop linear labeller, which will be installed at a German customer in the cleaning products industry after the trade fair, can label 6,000 bottles per hour in non-stop operation. Four „Modulo 60“ labelling stations apply two lateral self-adhesive labels to the moulded plastic bottles.
In addition to the labelling solutions for the detergent industry, the company is presenting the linear filler Marin model Minilin 6 CP. It is predestined for filling cleaning agents and acidic products. The machine processes containers with a volume of 200 millilitres to two litres and achieves an output of 1,800 containers per hour with a volume of one litre.
Another highlight is the anthropomorphic palletising robot TMG model Flexrobot. A basket gripper head is integrated on the robot, with which a complete layer of products can be palletised in a single work cycle. This solution combines the advantages of a layer palletiser with the flexibility of a robot. An output of up to 720 cycles per hour is achieved.
