PROFI LABEL is once again dedicating its trade fair appearance at this year's FachPack in Nuremberg to economically smart and ecologically sustainable labelling concepts.
In view of the growing demand for highly flexible and technologically sophisticated labelling solutions for individual small batches, the labelling expert is particularly looking forward to the first live presentation of the production model of its eMATRIX® S1108 table-top labeller at the trade fair stand in Hall 4 / Stand 545. The compact, IoT-capable system operates in an extremely environmentally friendly manner without compressed air and „linerless“ and is specially designed for continuous operation with changing small batches. The eMATRIX® S1108 is unique in its device class, not least due to its high printing and labelling quality.
Products need to be labelled quickly and to a high standard, regardless of demand, idea and quantity. In addition, environmentally friendly labelling is an important leitmotif in many companies today and an added value argument for customers and the public. PROFI LABEL has positioned itself in the field of flexible small batch labelling with the eMATRIX® S1108 is currently unique in this respect.
The eMATRIX® S1108 Table labeller eliminates the cost factor „Compressed air supply“ and optionally works with a linerless kit that enables labels to be printed and dispensed without a liner. Two key aspects that not only make the system economically attractive, but also do justice to the environment and the climate. During ongoing production with the linerless kit, it is possible to dispense with air, ribbon and label liner, which is exceptional in this class. In the standard model, the innovative desktop labeller integrates a Sato printing unit that processes both thermal transfer and direct thermal materials. The print resolution is either 203 dpi, 305 dpi or 609 dpi. The compact semi-automatic machine can be controlled via LAN and WLAN interface and can be operated stand-alone. The labelling expert from Gummersbach also offers complete line integration as a fully automatic machine including IoT networking.
„At FachPack 2018, the prototype of the eMATRIX® S1108 was an absolute visitor magnet at our trade fair stand.
