Labelling systems for intralogistics from Bluhm Systeme

At this year's LogiMAT, Bluhm Systeme will be demonstrating how appropriate labelling of products and packaging can control their intralogistics routes from production to shipping preparation.

At this year's LogiMAT, labelling specialist Bluhm Systeme will be demonstrating how labelling technology enables raw materials, products and packaging to control their own intralogistics routes from production to shipping preparation.

Three-sided labelling of pallets: Pallets must be clearly and permanently labelled so that downstream processes such as shipping and load securing can be carried out efficiently. For pallets ready for dispatch, we recommend Parallel end and side labelling with GS1 transport labels. With the new Pallet labeller AP182 it is not a problem.

The automatic applicator for labels in A5 format has been specially developed for application to one, two or three vertical sides of palletised products or large packs. Due to its intrinsically safe design, the AP182 Neither safety fence nor safety barrier the system not only reduces costs, but also customer effort.

Two-colour printing at top speed

A typical task in internal logistics is labelling boxes. Here, an inkjet printer can save considerable costs under certain circumstances. The Inkjet printer Integra PP 108. The new SEIKO print head enables two-colour printing at a high resolution of 360 dpi. The number 108 stands for its unique ability to mark up to 108 mm high. And at a remarkable speed of up to 150 metres per minute.

Display

Height differences between the print head and ink tank are no problem for the level-independent, compact and easy-to-integrate inkjet printer with piezo inkjet technology. Thanks to the circulating ink system, which automatically prevents air pockets in the nozzle rows, ensures a durable, clean print image.

Robots assist with labelling

Robots are also increasingly being used for product labelling. At the Bluhm stand, visitors will see a modern robots, which can work flexibly in terms of both height and depth and can apply the labels at any desired point on the parcel.

Even strapping bands are no obstacle for the robot. Thanks to the SAP connection, the robot knows exactly which package will be labelled next. This means that in one Labelling passage several different products can be labelled at the same time.

Everything in view with ‚Bluhmware‘

With the fully automatic Software Bluhmware full control over production. In the spirit of Industry 4.0 it controls the marking, packaging, labelling and palletising of different items in different outer packaging variants. Productivity, service status, live webcam, error monitoring, etc. can be viewed across all lines at the click of a button, allowing you to react immediately if necessary. The Software can be used at various functional levels such as maintenance, plant management or production management.

Prints reliably and is easy to clean: Linx 8900

The Linx inkjet printers of the 89 series are ideal when different surfaces need to be printed with batch information or best-before dates in a clearly legible manner. The systems are characterised by simple operation and long maintenance intervals. Particularly practical: maintenance can be carried out by the operator in a few simple steps without a great deal of prior knowledge.

Marks more than just ballpoint pens: e-SolarMark fibre laser

At the trade fair, Bluhm will be labelling systems with a Fibre laser e-SolarMark FL biros for visitors. But the laser can do even more: it can mark challenging materials such as plastic (ABS), stainless steel or foils with lightning speed and pin-sharp clarity. Marking is possible on continuous or stationary products. Thanks to its compact design, the system can be easily integrated into existing production environments.
