Laetus has opened an online showroom with numerous stations and informative videos along the process chain. Despite the postponed interpack trade fair, the aim is to offer exciting insights into the latest solutions from the track & trace specialist. One of the highlights is the fully automatic Modular X serialisation system.
In the virtual showroom, Laetus presents the latest Solutions for the entire supply chain from inline quality control to the end customer. In addition to the Modular X series, many other innovations in the areas of vision inspection, device management, aggregation and track & trace will be presented. Fully automatic serialisation
The new Modular X series is the first Fully modular serialisation system on the market and convinces with Unrivalled flexibility with regard to the packaging sizes to be processed. The basis is Modular X 1000-MV, which, depending on the product size and quality up to 400 cartons per minute labelled and verified with barcodes or plain text.
At belt speeds of up to 60 metres per minute, a mechanical forced guidance system ensures precise processing of secondary packaging measuring up to 120 x 100 x 200 mm. The compact GMP design enables easy operation, cleaning and maintenance.
Flexibility for changing market requirements
Format changes can be fully automatic and therefore Reproducible in less than 60 seconds can be carried out. This minimises changeover times and the risk of operating errors, while companies can react quickly to changing market demands at any time while maintaining consistently high production outputs.
The optionally available Tamper Evident Module Modular X 1000-TL also achieves the following per minute Up to 400 anti-counterfeiting labels on two sides on. The labels are applied at four possible positions (front and rear opening, top or bottom) with an accuracy of 1 mm and are also controlled automatically. An electronically controlled high-speed ejector ensures that incorrectly labelled products are reliably ejected.
