Lantech, manufacturer of end-of-line packaging machines, will also be exhibiting its automatic carton packaging solutions at Fachpack in Nuremberg directly after Drinktec in Munich.
Companies around the world use Lantech's automated packaging systems to increase production, avoid downtime and reduce labour costs. The C1000 carton erector produces up to 30 cartons per minute with flexible dimensions from 200 x 150 x 150 mm to 500 x 325 x 520 mm. The user reliably receives rectangular shipping boxes that offer maximum stability and are ideal for transport.
The C1000 carton erector maintains the 90-degree angle regardless of the quality of the corrugated board, The system is able to cope with changing temperatures and humidity levels as well as different blanks and dimensions. The blank is checked from the time it enters the magazine until it leaves as a finished carton with a closed base. Depending on customer requirements, the carton base is sealed with hot glue or adhesive tape. The various dimensioning options will be demonstrated at the trade fair.
Pre-stretching by up to 300 per cent
With the semi-automatic QL-400XT stretch wrapper, Lantech offers an efficient Packaging solution for professional load securing on pallets. Compared to conventional machines, each wrapping process is shortened by two minutes, as the film is automatically attached to the pallet and cut off after wrapping by the standard XT Cut&Clamp function.
The QL-400XT stretch wrapper processes up to 35 loads per hour with a maximum diagonal of 1830 mm and a maximum height of 2030 mm. The processed film can be pre-stretched by up to 300 per cent. Load Guardian, Pallet Grip and XT Cut and Clamp, which are all standard features of the QL400XT, will be demonstrated on the stand.
