The traditionally strongest exhibitor group represents the areas of materials handling technology, racking construction, warehouse and factory equipment. The leading international manufacturers of industrial trucks, AGVs and loading technology will be showcasing their latest developments and innovations in automated guided vehicles and forklift trucks. Another important group of exhibitors and innovators are the developers and suppliers of logistics software.

Halls 4 and 6 are once again traditionally occupied by suppliers of Labelling and Identification techniques and the Packaging and Handling systems is a proven fact. There, too, the focus is on information processing and increasing efficiency. A remarkable novelty at LogiMAT 2017 is the Joint stand ten start-ups from the intralogistics sector in Hall 6. The tried-and-tested supporting programme with a total of 34 information events, including 31 specialist forums with more than 100 speakers, will also provide information on the latest trends and practical solutions.

TradeWorld inside

„Extremely fast-paced and extremely dynamic - these words are probably how everyone describes the current developments in the digitalisation of production and retail processes,“ says Dr Petra Seebauer, Managing Director of EUROEXPO Messe- und Kongress-GmbH and responsible for TradeWorld.

„Companies that want to get involved in e-commerce or are already successfully utilising digital sales channels need to be extremely flexible and are looking for suitable solutions and services.“

This is why exhibitors will be presenting e-commerce and omnichannel solutions at TradeWorld, which has been integrated into LogiMAT as a strategic area of expertise for the fourth time. In addition to their classic intralogistics products and systems, numerous LogiMAT exhibitors will increasingly also be presenting solutions for the smooth running of retail activities.
