With lift2move, Expresso Deutschland GmbH, based in Kassel, Germany, has a manually guided and electrically adjustable feed handling system for loads of up to 225 kg in its programme that can noticeably increase the efficiency of many processes. The system will also be presented at LogiMAT 2017.
It was designed for intralogistics according to the modular principle and impresses with its exceptional flexibility. Outstanding new features of the enhanced version of the mobile all-rounder include a redesigned safety chassis, whose modern design supports fast retooling, and an innovative Positioning controller for automatically approaching programmed lifting heights.
„With this operated by remote control Advanced Lift Control (ALC), the user has the convenient option of presetting six different load pick-up positions for the lift2move (container frame, gripper, tool changer, etc.) and calling them up as required. This allows them to carry out their lifting and handling routines quickly, safely and with repeat accuracy at the touch of a button,“ explains Managing Director Alexander Bünz.
Transfer accurate to the millimetre
In practice, it looks like this: Place the lift2move at the rack or machine, automatically move to the target position via ALC, pick up the load (storage box, film roll, drum, etc.), transport it to the recipient location and transfer it there again with millimetre precision via ALC. With the new controller, EXPRESSO's lift2move combines the mobility benefits of a manual industrial truck with the precision of an automated positioning unit.
With its lift2move system product, which also includes energy management with a stationary power supply and high-performance batteries as well as a comprehensive spare parts service, Espresso is setting standards in the field of hand-operated industrial trucks
