The labelling systems from Logopak Systeme GmbH & Co. KG, Hartenholm, are widely used in the beverage industry. At this year's drinktec in Munich, the manufacturer will be showcasing numerous completely in-house developed machine innovations for various applications.
The new Logomatic 500+ labelling system is predestined for the beverage industry. The Individually configurable machine can be used with more than 30 applicators All standard mounting variants (top, bottom, front and side labelling). It enables direct thermal and thermal transfer printing processes for labels up to A5 size. The printing units can be easily exchanged as quick-change systems. Both internally and externally wound labels and thermal transfer rolls with a width of 35 mm to 165 mm can be processed. A special feature is the Label and thermal transfer run length of 800 m. The remaining running time for the consumables on both rolls is displayed depending on the cycle output. All rewinding and unwinding processes are 100 per cent electronically controlled. The new labelling system will be demonstrated to trade fair visitors in action at the Processing mineral water demonstrated.
Another new product is the Logomatic 850+ series with the P3 applicator for labelling pallets in accordance with the GS1 standard. The newly developed Logomatic 300 labelling system, which up to 80 labels per minute on trays and containers, offers as a Entry-level model many proven functions of Logomatic technology.
State-of-the-art bonding
The new QTB applicator can apply linerless labels with thermo-activated adhesive with an extremely strong bond. The head takes care of the Heating and application in a single operation, This means that labels can be printed and processed at a speed of up to 300 mm per second. The label rolls, which are up to 2,400 m long, reduce line stops by 50 to 70 per cent. The QTB applicator is suitable for labelling pallets, cartons or small consignments (including corner labelling). It is compatible with the Logomatic 500+ and 900 series.
