Packaging supplier Logoplaste has joined the Bottle Collective, founded by PA Consulting and PulPac, as a technology partner. The Bottle Collective aims to bring together brands from different industries and leading packaging manufacturers to accelerate progress towards sustainable single-use bottles.
The Bottle Collective is working on the production of bottles that have a lower environmental impact than conventional disposable bottles, but are still competitive and Suitable for mass production are. The collective uses PulPac's Dry Molded Fiber technology, which uses renewable pulp and cellulose resources to produce affordable and high-performance fibre-based bottles that can be recycled as paper packaging. As an expert in injection moulding and blow moulding, Logoplaste wants to take an active development role in the Bottle Collective to improve the Improve the overall barrier effect of the bottle coating technology and adapt them to the specific needs and requirements of the consortium.

With its expertise in materials, design and process efficiency, Logoplaste has shown that rigid packaging solutions can offer both environmental and economic benefits. Now the company wants to bring this expertise to the Bottle Collective and work together with PA, PulPac and other brand members to develop thehe commercial introduction and industrialisation of dry moulded fibre bottle technology to accelerate.
