Management team takes over Greif-Velox

Management buy-out at Greif-Velox: A team led by Managing Director Ralf Drews has taken over the manufacturer of palletising robots and filling systems.

Greif-Velox Maschinenfabrik GmbH, manufacturer of bagging systems, palletising robots, filling systems and complete solutions from Lübeck, is now owned by the previous management team. Managing Director Ralf Drews (photo), several other members of the management team and the Hamburg-based investment company BPE have taken over the company from the previous parent company, Beckumer Maschinenfabrik Möllers, as part of a „management buy-out“.

For customers, the transfer of the provider, which boasts more than 1,000 years of company history, to the Medium-sized independence nothing, emphasises Ralf Drews. The new structure is intended to create the conditions for further growth. Chemicals, petrochemicals, food and construction materials remain the main target sectors.
