Constantia Flexibles has appointed Uwe Roehrhoff as interim CEO with effect from 9 September. He succeeds Pim Vervaat. The Supervisory Board has thus initiated the process for a change of CEO.
Uwe Roehrhoff, member of the Supervisory Board of Constantia Flexibles, has more than 30 years of industry experience and has played a key role in the implementation of important initiatives in the companies he has led. His many years of experience on the Supervisory Board of Constantia Flexibles make him ideally suited to lead the company through the transition phase.
A new CEO has already been selected by the Supervisory Board of Constantia Flexibles and is expected to take up the position at the beginning of 2025.
