The Turin-based company Fiorentini is now the market leader for crackers and healthy snacks in Italy. „Today, we are a future-orientated company. It enables the Automatic transmission of the correct information to the respective packaging for the respective product and at the same time guarantees rapid support if required.
The CoLos solution from Markem-Imaje works in a high-level environment and communicates in parallel with management and industrial automation programmes. It is characterised by high flexibility and real-time data exchange capability. The versatility and robustness of the CoLos software enables the individual coding of each item according to the information exchanged with the management system, which is managed by the plant's automation managers. The newly installed print and data management solution from Markem-Imaje has helped Fiorentini to improve production efficiency and traceability.
