Dausch Technologies introduces the LiquiGuard Gen3 RTD and SyrupGuard Gen3 RTD systems for continuous, rapid alcohol content measurement. These technologies enable precise measurement of the ethanol content in finished beverages and finished syrup batches and are integrated into the CIP process.

The increasing demand for premixed cocktails and mixed drinks requires Precise alcohol content measurements, which were previously often time-consuming. The new measuring systems from Dausch offer a solution that delivers accurate results in real time.

LiquiGuard Gen3 RTD measures the alcohol content of the finished beverage directly online before it is sent for bottling. SyrupGuard Gen3 RTD was developed to measure the alcohol content in the finished syrup before it is mixed with water. This system enables Fully automated sampling and analysis of the syrup before it is processed into the finished beverage. The sample is taken directly from the batch tank and all lines are automatically cleaned between measurements.

Compared to previous methods, in which the alcohol content was determined by distillation over several hours, SyrupGuard Gen3 RTD Precise measured values within two minutes. Both systems are integrated into the CIP (clean-in-place) process and enable efficient, reliable monitoring of product quality in beverage production.
