Meypack from Nottuln will be exhibiting a new development for the packaging of pudding pouches at the stand of Polish milk processor Bakoma. According to the developer, the „VP 600“ carton packaging machine has been optimised for the gentle processing of soft packs for liquid foods.
Meypack has specialised in individual end-of-line packaging solutions since the company's beginnings in 1956 and the founding of Meypack Verpackungs- und Palettiertechnik GmbH in 1981. The VP 600„ machine“ meets the requirements of the food industry with its compact machine dimensions. Fully automatic packaging is used for Liquid food pouches in formats from 70 x 50 x 80 millimetres to 200 x 150 x 200 millimetres. The „VP 600“ is characterised by its ease of cleaning, self-cleaning Vacuum valves, The open design with no corners or cavities ensures quick format changes without tools and optimum accessibility, writes Meypack.
At the stand of Bakoma the Meypack machine will pack children's snacks in live operation. The 80 gram pudding pouches with screw-on lids measure 80 x 132 x 30 millimetres. They are packed in single rows in 1 x 4 format in small Trays with lid packaged.
According to the Westphalian company, it plans to further develop the machine for packaging small bottles, cans and jars.
