The Schmersal Group is expanding its management team and has appointed Michael Ambros as Managing Director of K.A. Schmersal GmbH & Co. KG as of 1 May 2017. Michael Ambros, who holds a degree in economics, worked for many years in a management position at a leading international management consultancy in the field of corporate finance and has many years of management and professional experience in a wide range of sectors both within and outside Europe, including the USA and Russia. He has managed strategic company acquisitions and operational company optimisations as well as IPOs.
