Michael Schulze took over the management of the Lahnau-based packaging machine manufacturer Hastamat in June 2018. The 51-year-old succeeds Gerhard Junker, who had been managing the company on an interim basis since November 2017.

Experience in international packaging machine construction
Michael Schulze began his professional career with an apprenticeship as an energy systems electronics technician. After studying electrical engineering, which he completed with a degree in engineering, he continued his training as a business economist while working.
Schulze works closely with mechanical engineering in the Food industry connected. Born in Fulda, he gained a wealth of experience as Head of Materials Management and Head of Global Procurement Management at internationally operating companies. From 2004, Schulze managed the distribution and production logistics of a leading system provider for the packaging and beverage industry, before managing the business of a manufacturer of production systems for wafers and snacks from 2009. In June, Schulze was appointed Managing Director of the Lahnau-based packaging machine manufacturer Hastamat.
