Minebea Intec GmbH, provider of weighing and inspection solutions, is presenting new products and powerful software tools at Fachpack that increase the efficiency and output of production systems.
For example, the company has equipped its checkweighers with EMFC (electromagnetic flow control) technology with a Turbo upgrade and equipped them with a new load cell. The inspection solutions are approved in accordance with the Measuring Instruments Directive for belt speeds of up to three metres per second. This means that up to 600 products per minute can be reliably weighed. With the new load cells, the minimum weight has also been reduced: products of five grams can be weighed in accordance with all calibration standards. High-speed weighing is currently an exciting topic in the industry.
The right software for added efficiency
In addition to weighing solutions, Minebea Intec also offers the right software to optimise efficiency and production capacities: SPC@Enterprise is used for statistical process control and includes all the necessary options for Pre-packaging and statistical process control such as the recording of random samples and automatic checks throughout the entire process. By networking a wide range of devices and systems, the user can statistically analyse the data collected from the checkweighing of finished products and other measured values from the overall process, react with suitable measures and thus increase the efficiency of their production.
Portfolio expanded
With the manual price labelling system WPL-S and the automatic version WPL-A, the Minebea Intec a new portfolio for applications in the Weighing and labelling of products. Both labelling solutions offer a complete package for customers in the food industry: weighing, price labelling, labelling and product traceability in just one device. And in addition to the flexible Dylight X-ray inspection device, which can be inspected directly at the stand, the complete product portfolio is also accessible to interested parties via an information terminal.
