
Manina Kettler has been the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Minebea Intec since the beginning of the year. She is now responsible for Accounting, Controlling Treasury, IT and Administration and takes over the position from CEO Hidenori Shimosako.
From controller to CFO in nine years: Manina Kettler is the best example of how employee development at Minebea Intec is a top priority. In her new role, she will, among other things Managing budgeting, reporting, contracts, insurance, cash flow planning and IT strategy. Manina Kettler sees potential for Minebea Intec to become even more efficient, particularly in process optimisation and further digitalisation of the finance area.

Manina Kettler is the First woman to work in top management at Minebea Intec. A signal in favour of more female empowerment, diversity and inclusion. „I can only advise every female colleague to believe in their own strengths,“ says Manina Kettler. „Anyone who proves themselves time and again and demands more responsibility will be successful at Minebea Intec.“
The 40-year-old has outstanding expertise in the field of finance. After completing her dual degree in business administration at the Volkswagen Group, she held various positions as a controller in the food and service industry before starting in Controlling at the Minebea Intec site in Aachen in 2013. In 2018, she then took on her first management position as Director Accounting at the headquarters in Hamburg, followed by Controlling in 2019. Manina Kettler has been Deputy CFO since 2021.
