Sigmatek presents the HGT 1054 mobile panel, a multi-touch panel with a 10.1-inch colour display and Intel Atom dual-core processor, which is designed for demanding visualisation tasks in machine and system control. The robust device offers intuitive operability and comprehensive safety functions.
Sigmatek has presented its new HGT 1054 multi-touch panel, which is suitable for demanding visualisation tasks thanks to a combination of a powerful x86 Intel Atom dual-core processor and HTML5 support. The HMI (Human Machine Interface) offers a 10.1-inch colour display with a resolution of 800 x 1280 pixels and uses modern technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript for Flexible operation of machines and systems. Thanks to the ergonomic design and a weight of just 1,300 g, the appliance can also be used for longer periods without fatigue.
With OPC UA support, the HGT 1054 offers a wide range of connection options and allows the Direct control and maintenance of machines on site. Safety is ensured by integrated functions such as emergency stop and an enabling switch, which are designed in protection class IP54 for safe use in demanding industrial environments. The wired panel has a Gigabit Ethernet and USB 2.0 interface, which enables easy integration into existing systems.
Sigmatek provides the HMI tools Lasal Screen and the web-based Lasal VISUDesigner for visualisation. With ready-made design templates and numerous graphic elements user interfaces can be designed intuitively and efficiently. The support of scalable vector graphics (.svg) and hardware-independent visualisations contribute to flexible use in different application areas.
