Timmer has its innovative vacuum lifting systems on show. Among other things, the product specialist will be showcasing the latest developments in the quickLift, lightLift and heavyLift series:
The quickLift vacuum tube lifter, which is also characterised by its intuitive operation, was designed for lifting goods such as cardboard boxes weighing up to 50 kilograms. Equipped with one-hand operation, the tried-and-tested system is specially designed for high cycle rates in pick & place handling. Lifting goods weighing up to 300 kilograms can be moved with the heavyLift system. An optional quick-change system makes it easy to replace the vacuum cleaner if necessary.
Interested parties can experience the new suction foot multi-suction cup in action for the first time on site. With 29 small bellows suction cups and a high leakage tolerance, it also finds a grip on uneven surfaces. The offers a wide range of accessories for its tube lifters, which can be exchanged in next to no time depending on the goods to be lifted. A swivelling traverse gives the system additional flexibility. This is particularly suitable for handling sheet material. It allows the material to be lifted, swivelled through 90 degrees and positioned precisely. Shorter work steps and faster processes are also the result here. Flexible, customised solutions are increasingly in demand, as the standard range is only used in around ten percent of applications. In most cases, customised special solutions are produced that are precisely tailored to the customer's lifting goods. Timmer is presenting the foam version of the multi-suction cup for the first time. The foam rubber seal enables the lifting of goods with uneven and coarsely structured surfaces (image), such as corrugated sheets and rubber bales. The multi-suction cup enables ergonomic, safe and efficient working and can be a problem solver, especially for pick & place handling.
