MSK Verpackungs-Systeme GmbH is presenting new functions of its EMSY software for the centralised control of pallet logistics and load securing at the FACHPACK 2025 trade fair. The full-service provider will show how data-based and AI-supported processes can increase efficiency and sustainability in packaging.
From 23 to 25 September 2025, MSK Verpackungs-Systeme (Hall 3C, Stand 362) will be presenting its latest developments for end-to-end networked end-of-line logistics. The focus will be on the EMSY software, which, according to the company, enables standardised control from goods receipt to the high-bay warehouse or automatic truck loading. The aim is to make pallet logistics and load securing simpler, more efficient and future-proof.
MSK emphasises that the implementation of business intelligence and AI functions in packaging and logistics processes increases efficiency and can therefore contribute to significant cost reductions for customers. The software offers a centralised user interface with flexible adaptability to different product requirements and ensures reliable data transfer in complex material flows.
Digital service and maintenance management
To avoid production downtime, MSK relies on proactive maintenance management and digitally supported service. The new EMSY service tablet is designed to simplify maintenance processes and provide rapid support in the event of malfunctions. In this way, the company aims to reduce downtimes and maximise system availability.
As a full-service provider for palletising, packaging, conveying, handling and automatic unpacking of pallet loads, MSK will be demonstrating at Fachpack how modular end-of-line solutions together with intelligent software can pave the way for fully automated packaging processes. According to the company, the aim is to provide customers with a long-term, efficient, flexible and future-proof logistics solution.
