High-performance line for minced meat in tubular bags

Multivac places particular emphasis on holistic solutions with industry-leading hygiene standards. At IFFA, the company will be exhibiting a high-performance line for packaging minced meat in tubular bags, among other things.

The Flowpacker W 510 has integrated systems for gas mixing, gas analysis, labelling and printing and delivers a high level of quality with a Capacity of up to 120 packs per minute high output without compromising on packaging quality. The packaging machine is suitable for sustainable packaging concepts that minimise material consumption and are fully recyclable, such as Packaging made from mono PP films.

In addition to the Flowpacker W 510, the minced meat line on show at the trade fair includes a vacuum filler, a mincer, a minced meat portioner, a checkweigher and a loading system. The fully integrated labelling and printing solution makes it possible to Smooth and reliable labelling of tubular bag packs, as all item settings and changes are made via a single operating terminal.

In addition, the line can be combined with Multivac Line Control, which enables uncomplicated operation of the entire line from just one operator terminal. All line modules can be controlled via the HMI. Starting and stopping the line, idling and changing items are simplified and standardised. This increases efficiency and user-friendliness in day-to-day operations, minimises operating errors and shortens operating paths.

Display

All flowpackers are subject to the Multivac Hygienic Design. This means that All machine elements have at least protection class IP65 and are therefore suitable for washdown cleaning processes. In addition, the conveyor belts of the line solution are self-supporting and the longitudinal sealing system of the W 510 can be tilted, making tool-free maintenance and cleaning simple and time-efficient.
