The majority of Multivac company Trimaster Oy, based in Tampere, Finland, was sold on 1 November as a management buy-out under the leadership of Leo Johansson.

Kimmo Vesterinen, Plant Manager of Trimaster, is moving to Multivac Finland as part of the sale. There, he will initially act as deputy to Managing Director Esa Harju and, following his retirement, will take over as Managing Director of Multivac Finland. take over the management of Multivac Finland. He will also support Multivac's Food, Medical & Consumer Solutions (FMCS) business unit and its subsidiaries in their co-operation with Trimaster Oy. Last but not least, he will represent Multuvac's interests at Trimaster as a board member.
With more than 20 years of experience in material handling, Trimaster supplies turnkey solutions for customers. This includes Picking, packing and palletising solutions and Conveyor systems for product transport.
