Multivac has added another model to its „X-line“ machine generation. At FachPack 2019, the packaging machine manufacturer from Wolfertschwenden will be showcasing the new TX 710 traysealer, which will form the centrepiece of a fully automated packaging line equipped with an L 310 conveyor belt labeller for attractive wrap-around labelling of the packs.

In a second packaging line, the Thermoforming packaging machine RX 4.0, which is characterised by a range of innovative technologies. Thanks to its comprehensive sensor technology and seamless digitalisation, it creates a new dimension in terms of packaging safety, quality and performance. The RX 4.0 is equipped on site with a Cross web labeller of the new generation, which offers a higher Labelling accuracy with higher performance.
Concepts for sustainable packaging
Another focus of the trade fair will be concepts for sustainable packaging. These fulfil the current requirements in terms of Recyclability and minimising plastic consumption in packaging production. One example of this is the company's PaperBoard portfolio, which offers a wide variety of packaging solutions. Paper fibre-based materials for the production of MAP and Vacuum skin packs on thermoforming packaging machines and traysealers.
The appearance is rounded off by the presentation of innovations in the area of Labelling, including a new generation of cross web labellers, new labelling systems and new Direct printing systems and a solution for the efficient wrap-around labelling of packs (full wrap labelling).
