Joachim Dittrich has been Chief Representative of Optima, a manufacturer of packaging machines headquartered in Schwäbisch Hall, since February 2018. He is responsible for the development and internationalisation of Optima Consumer in particular, as well as other subsidiaries and holdings in Germany and abroad.
The area of responsibility of the 53-year-old mechanical engineer includes the strategic orientation and further development of these business areas as well as the realisation of potential and synergies. Joachim Dittrich is thus taking over a large part of the responsibilities of Hans Bühler (Managing Partner) in the Optima Consumer division. In future, he will devote himself increasingly to the overarching tasks and topics of the group of companies.
Return to old place of work
Joachim Dittrich is thus returning to a familiar position: he was Commercial Director of Optima Consumer from 2010 to 2011. For family reasons, Dittrich moved to a business unit of a well-known packaging machine manufacturer as General Manager.
„Team orientation, maximum motivation and commitment“ are his top priorities when working together, says Joachim Dittrich. „Agility, fun at work and shared success are also of central importance to me.“
