Beate Flamm was appointed to the Management Board of Progroup AG on 15 April. She will be responsible for Human Performance Management, Communications, Marketing and Corporate Social Responsibility.

„Beate has many years of expertise in establishing and expanding the sustainable commitment of companies and developing corporate and employer brands. We will also be able to benefit from her experience as a board member when establishing our new four-member board. Furthermore, Progroup is not a new company for Beate: as an external consultant, she played a key role in the development of our corporate identity. We got to know and appreciate each other during this process.“

Maximilian Heindl, CEO and Chairman of the Executive Board of Progroup AG

Together with Maximilian Heindl, Dr Volker Metz (CFO) and Dr Marc Sesterhenn (COO), Flamm will be responsible on the Executive Board for the Personnel and employer branding Progroup will continue to develop, drive forward its work in communication and marketing and be responsible for its long-term commitment. „As a family business, Progroup thinks and acts for the long term. That's why I'm looking forward to working with my colleagues on the Management Board to raise Progroup's profile as a responsible employer and to publicise the company as an exemplary representative of the circular economy. It is important to me to maintain an open Listening to employees' concerns and questions as well as other interest groups.“
